Ralph has 30 years’ experience in sales within the construction industry, and 15 years specifically in manufacturing and converting insulation.
A typical day involves using his wealth of knowledge to help clients select the correct solution for their application by telephone or through a personal visit. Ralph also carries out on-site training to ensure the fitting integrity of our fire-rated products.
With his IOSH accreditation Ralph oversees the Company’s responsibilities of maintaining a safe workplace and his Coaching and Training qualifications ensure we continue to offer opportunities to all staff for personal and career development.
In his spare time Ralph is Chairman of Bedford Town Football Club.
