Sara has worked in the insulation sector of the construction industry since 1988. Early in her career she noticed a gap in the market for a bespoke converter of insulation materials who could work to shorter lead times whilst offering flexibility on volume, and Concept Conversions was born.
Today her role is largely in-house overseeing this successful family business which is now in it’s 3rd decade.
